ReplyDeleteI'm petite yet not a stick figure, so I find anything chunky around my wrists somehow manages to throw that part of my body out of proportion. I love the look, but I just don't think I could pull it off for this reason.

I've only ever worn large men's watches because I prefer the look of them to the dainty little women's ones. Although my husband decided to 'steal' a couple of my watches and put links back on them. He's lucky I love him hehe

And while I do have a couple of watches that I like, right now both need to go to the repair shop!

But, my wife bought me a proportionally sized women's gold watch for Christmas last year and I wear it almost everyday, I love the darn thing! It goes with everything and adds instant glam to a ponytail and Hanes t-shirt. :)

ReplyDeleteA million percent yes! As a man, I can't say why but I love when women wear men's watches. Perhaps it's because I always viewed women's watches as so pathetically tiny. They never made sense to me from a functional point of view — so perhaps I'm attracted to the girls' attractive sides.

Get lots of compliments though people also ask me if its a men's watch. Most of my jewelry is gold, but delicate. I love this contrast.
